Conversations are kept for 180 days and then deleted, so older threads will not appear here. Customer images and videos are kept privately for the same 180 days and shown only to signed-in staff. Voice notes can be played back for the same 180 days; notes sent before this page could store them show the transcript alone. Playing a voice note is recorded. This page refreshes itself, so you do not need to reload it. You can reply from an open thread while the customer's 24-hour window is open; outside it, only approved utility templates are available.
